Simon Robinson
Cofounder and CEO (Worldwide) of Holonomics
Simon Robinson is the co-founder and CEO (Worldwide) of Holonomics, who is known for his pioneering approach to customer experience design and organizational transformation. With three decades of experience in UX design, innovation, and mobile and internet technology, in the 1990s he was the co-founder of Genie Internet, one of the UK’s first unicorn startups, developed inside British Telecom. This work continues to the present day through being a founder member of the Deep Tech Network, São Paulo.
He is the co-author of Holonomics: Business Where People and Planet Matter and Customer Experiences with Soul: A New Era in Design which have received international acclaim for the articulation of the Holonomics Approach, a radical and powerful methodology which can be applied to cultural, digital and organizational transformation.
Simon is a creative thinker working at the intersection of customer experience design, philosophy and culture whose passion is to translate practices from these disciplines into meaningful interventions within organizations, helping leaders and entrepreneurs bring their ideas, propositions and visions into being.
Simon is a Harvard Business Review author, an international keynote speaker and presenter, a member of the Strongly Sustainable Business Model Group, based in Toronto, and the editor of the blog transitionconsciousness.org.

Matt is a regular speaker and author on customer experience, enterprise agility, and culture topics. He has authored more than 25 articles in leading publications.
Matt launched JourneySpark Consulting to work closely with leaders to help shape their vision, build and develop their teams, and evolve their organization's culture.

James Killian

James H. Killian, Ph.D. is an internationally recognized expert on the topics of talent, leadership, strategy, organizational culture, employee experience (EX) and customer experience (CX). He has served as a strategic growth and global revenue leader for over 25 years in high-impact roles at industry leading firms such as Qualtrics, SAP, IBM and Hogan Assessment Systems.
Dr. Killian is also professor of practice in the Broad College of Business at Michigan State University and serves as strategic advisor for several AI-powered startups. His expertise has been featured in Forbes, HR Executive Magazine and over 50 other published articles, book chapters and many well-respected podcasts. He is a frequent public speaker at major conferences such as The Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and Workhuman and is releasing his first book, Obsessed: Cultivating the Customer-Driven Leader in the Summer of 2026.
Throughout his career, James has advised leaders and teams of the world’s best known brands to diagnose and improve EX and CX programs, talent management and leadership development programs that lead to measurable, impactful and long-lasting business outcomes. James is passionate about serving as a force multiplier to help leaders, teams and businesses reach potential they never thought was possible. He resides in the San Francisco Bay Area and is a serious fitness fanatic, foodie and outdoor enthusiast.
